No3 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process for security purposes. Identity verification may be required prior to large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use no3's services:

• Age: You must be 18 or older. no3 strictly prohibits betting by minors.
• You must be of sound mind and full mental capacity.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is not legally prohibited in the countries where no3 operates.
• No3 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned after it has started, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In cricket, if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result stands as final.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final. no3 is not responsible for bets that fail due to internet connectivity issues.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

No3 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Specific terms apply to each bonus and must be followed by all members.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only.
• The designated wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be used before they expire.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses fraudulently will result in account termination.

Account Closure & Suspension

No3 reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in match fixing or syndicate betting.
